营销策划：你在用正确的答案回答错误的问题吗？

做营销策划这么多年来，接触过很多客户，也接触过很多同行，发现一个有趣的现象，很多时候，大家都在用正确的答案回答错误的问题。

为什么会这样呢？

从客户方面来讲，客户总是在自身发展遇到问题的时候，才会想到聘请咨询公司、策划公司或广告公司来为自己解决问题的。这本无可厚非，关键是很多客户在把问题转化为需求时，经常得到一些误会，从而导致错误问题的局面。

比如说，客户销量持续下滑需要止滑并提升销量，客户找到咨询公司策划公司时并不是如此表述，而是提出希望给个创意或拍条片子或设计下包装或包装下产品或做个活动或搞个推广或招个商等等什么的。表面上看来需求很明确，事实上却掩盖了一个前提，即客户主观上已经认为那些杂七杂八的需求就是导致销量下滑的原因了。

这种暗含的前提的对与否，决定了未来市场行为的对与否。这就有点像一个人生病了，去到医院不是说症状，而是根据自己的经验说感冒了或胃病犯了或直接要求开个什么药等等，有责任心的医生会了解下具体的病症并作简单的诊断，需要时还会建议你作个进一步的诊断。忙的时候以及一般情况下，也就懒得细问，以你自己说的为准，给你开上几付药了事。这种情况下，你自己的经验诊断正确与否，就决定了你自己的未来健康与否。

营销的多变、复杂与不确定性，决定了大多数人的经验诊断往往是个误会，也决定了那些惯常用经验诊断来指导自己市场行为的企业，提出来的问题往往是错误的问题。无论你就此问题回答得再漂亮，终归是一场用正确的答案回答错误的问题的闹剧。

从咨询公司策划公司广告公司方面来说，其存在的理由就是为客户排忧解难的。道理上讲，专业的身份应该比客户看得更深更远更明白，对于客户提出的错误问题应该给予纠正，并给予客户合理的建议。但这毕竟是从道理上来讲的，而事实上，情况却绝不是如此单纯如此简单。

其一，很多公司尽管标榜专业专家，但实际的营销水平并不一定比客户强。唯一比客户强的，只是在专业分工下的专属领域如营销组织建设、渠道规划、招商策划、包装设计、影视创意、平面制作、公关活动、媒体投放等等上存在着专业优势，至于营销问题本身的对与否，并不属于他们的领域。所以这样的公司，大多标榜自己是专业解决方案的提供者。而采纳策划，早已向“营销任务”的提供者全面转型，深入营销实质，全面解决营销问题。

其二，不管你是专业专家还是什么，都得追求商业利益。在竞争的压力下，很多公司并不敢有违自己的上帝——客户的意愿，在商业与专业的博弈中，专业让位于商业，不管白猫黑猫，能让客户付钱才是好猫。(globrand.com)客户都这么认定了，那就按客户说的做吧，有钱还怕鬼推磨。更何况，很多客户是喜欢听话的，花了钱，当然要买个舒服，不按我的意思办，难道我花钱按你的意思办？对此，采纳放弃了商业利益最大化的追求，反其道推出了我们选择客户的三大标准，拒绝了大批客户，获得了自尊与灵魂的独立，也获得了有远大志向有远大胸怀的企业的赞誉。所以采纳不会很有钱，也不会缺钱，但却绝对是营销界里的“精神贵族”。

于是，大量的公司开始用正确的答案回答着错误的问题。辛苦努力、加班加点、激烈争吵、熬夜通宵、战前准备、市场捕杀，结果却是错误的问题……
